Ropes & Gray advised dermatology company Profex Inc. in the establishment of an equity joint venture and exclusive distribution relationship with Paris-based HRA-Pharma SAS. Under the terms of the agreement, Profex will be the exclusive distributor of, and HRA will be the exclusive supplier of, Compeed branded wound care and related dermatology products for China, Hong Kong and Macau. Profex was granted certain exclusive interests in other compromised skin products developed and manufactured by HRA.
