Health care associates Sarah Blumenthal and Richard Harris (both of New York) co-authored a Law360 article that examines four telehealth concerns for care management during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
The authors explain that telehealth platforms must comply with applicable health information privacy and security laws. They note that with the right business and legal structures in place, care management organizations shifting to telehealth can continue to help health care providers and health care plans provide quality care during the pandemic and beyond.
