Ropes & Gray advised Summa Equity in its acquisition of G-CON Manufacturing, a leading maker of prefabricated cleanrooms used by the pharmaceutical industry. The transaction was announced on July 20. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The press release is here.
G-CON, based in College Station, Texas, designs, builds and installs turnkey compliant suites called PODs for a global biopharma customer base focused on biologics, pharma and cell and gene therapy manufacturing.
