Veteran investigative attorney Monica Bhattacharyya of the International Trade Commission's Office of Unfair Import Investigations will become one of the agency's six administrative law judges. In National Law Journal and Law360 articles, IP litigation partner Matt Rizzolo (Washington, D.C.), who hosts the firm’s Talkin’ Trade podcast about the ITC, said Bhattacharyya is “well-regarded and well-respected” within the ITC bar. Matt said she knows the commission and its practices and procedures very well and the ITC is going to be well served by her selection.
