In Modern Healthcare, health care partner Margaux Hall (Washington, D.C.) examined a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services proposal to require Part D plan sponsors to pass pharmacy price concessions through to patients at the pharmacy counter.
Margaux explains that pharmacy price concessions are a contentious issue between pharmacies and health insurers.
