In a Managing Intellectual Property article, IP litigation partner and practice chair Steve Pepe discussed how 5G is a much broader technology with more applicability than the prior 4G standard.
Steve notes that 5G is a highly specialized area of law and the technology is complicated. “There is a significant ramp-up if you have never done SEP work before. And to win the business, you need to have a worldwide perspective and the list of jurisdictions is growing,” said Steve.
