Ropes & Gray has advised global investment firm Sixth Street on a new joint venture with Copley Point Capital (“Copley Point”) to assemble a portfolio of UK industrial and logistics real estate assets.
The initial pipeline portfolio comprises £180m of transactions, with Sixth Street and Copley Point intending to grow the venture significantly through both single-asset and portfolio acquisitions across the UK.
The Ropes & Gray team included tax partner Chris Agnoli and trainee Ronan Doherty.
