In a Wall Street Journal article, litigation & enforcement partner Jonathan Klarfeld discussed the anticipated changes in the antitrust landscape under the new Trump administration.
Jonathan highlighted that his practice area is expected to return to a normal baseline after years of heightened enforcement under the Biden administration. He noted that the previous administration's progressive and untested legal theories had led to drawn-out enforcement actions. Jonathan mentioned, "Some of the excesses of recent enforcement are likely to be pared back," but added, "There is more than enough work to occupy our time."
