Ropes & Gray advised Atavistik Bio in a research collaboration with Pfizer to accelerate discovery of novel precision allosteric therapeutics. The collaboration will leverage Atavistik’s platform to rapidly identify and validate novel allosteric binders against two undisclosed targets designated by Pfizer. At the completion of the research period, Pfizer will have the option to license the programs. The collaboration was announced on January 2. Financial terms were not disclosed.
