Ropes & Gray represented Aimbridge Hospitality,a leading, global hotel management company and the world's largest third-party hotel operator, in connection with a comprehensive out-of-court restructuring supported by 100% of the company’s lenders that successfully converted more than $1 billion of senior and junior debt into equity and infused the company with $100 million in new capital. The successful restructuring was announced in a March 11 press release.
The strengthened balance sheet provides enhanced liquidity and new resources for Aimbridge to further invest in its strategic initiatives and operational capabilities.
