Ropes & Gray represented Lyric, a portfolio company of TPG Capital, in its add-on acquisition of ClaimShark, an enterprise payment integrity management platform for health plans and healthcare organizations. The transaction was announced in an April 22 press release.
Lyric is a platform-based healthcare technology company, committed to simplifying the business of care by preventing inaccurate payments and reducing overall waste in the healthcare ecosystem, enabling more efficient use of resources to reduce cost of care that benefits payers, providers, and patients.
