Ropes & Gray represented the underwriters in Accelerant Holdings’ upsized $832.2 million IPO. The pricing of the IPO was announced on July 24 in a press release and the transaction closed on July 25. Shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ARX.”
Accelerant is a data-driven risk exchange connecting underwriters of specialty insurance risk with risk capital providers.
