Ropes & Gray Advises Cordillera Investment Partners in Minority Investment in the Professional Triathletes Organisation

Ropes & Gray represented Cordillera Investment Partners in connection with the Professional Triathletes Organisation’s (PTO) Series C financing.

Other investors include Sir Michael Moritz, Warner Bros. Discovery, Verance Capital, and SURJ Sports Investment, an investment company part of the Government of Saudi Arabia’s Private Investment Fund (PIF).

The PTO has launched the T100 Triathlon World Tour that features the world’s top 20 female and the top 20 male triathletes, along with amateur competitors to complete in live global broadcasts with nine international events in Singapore, San Francisco, Vancouver, France, London, Valencia, Las Vegas, Dubai and Qatar.
