Ropes & Gray represented Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, a leader in the collision repair industry, and its majority investor TSG Consumer Partners, a leading private equity firm specializing in consumer brands, in a definitive agreement to sell Joe Hudson’s Collision Center to Boyd Group Services Inc., one of the largest operators of collision repair centers in North America.
The transaction, announced on October 29, 2025, and valued at $1.3 billion, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory requirements.
The deal team included private equity partners Sandy Boer and Paul Van Houten, counsel Deidre Johnson, and associate Joshua Coombes, tax partner Pamela Glazier, litigation & enforcement partner Samer Musallam, executive compensation & employee benefits partner Kyle Higley and employment partner Megan Bisk.
