Ropes & Gray has represented Genstar Capital and its portfolio company OEConnection LLC in their agreement to sell majority stake in OEConnection to Francisco Partners. The transaction was announced on November 11 in a press release. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Genstar is a leading private equity firm focused on investments in targeted segments of the software, financial services, industrials, and health care industries.
