Ropes & Gray advised TriArtisan Capital Advisors in a definitive agreement to acquire Denny’s Corporation, owner and operator of Denny’s Inc. and Keke’s Inc, alongside Treville Capital Group and Yadav Enterprises, Inc., in an all-cash transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $620 million. The deal was announced in a Nov. 3 press release.
TriArtisan Capital Advisors is an established, New York-based private equity firm and experienced investor in global restaurant and hospitality assets.
