Ropes & Gray has advised PAI Partners on all legal aspects of the acquisition of the Innovad Group from IK Partners. Innovad Group, headquartered in Antwerp (Belgium), is a leading supplier of animal health and nutrition solutions, offering a wide range of specialty additives, which mainly focus on the poultry, ruminant and swine species.
PAI intends to support Innovad Group’s transformation journey and further establish the group as a leader in the attractive specialty animal feed additives market by accelerating organic growth, pursuing strategic acquisitions, and building a solid platform to continue Innovad Group’s expansion.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
