Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity and Greenbriar Equity Group on their entry into the definitive agreement to sell Alliance Ground International (“AGI”), a leading North American airport services provider, to Lone Star. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced in an Jan. 22 press release.
