Ropes & Gray represented Carlyle AlpInvest, a leading global private equity investor, as the lead investor in the successful close of Lovell Minnick Partners’ single asset continuation vehicle for SRS Acquiom. The close was announced in a press release on January 21.
The transaction enables SRS Acquiom to accelerate growth and capitalize on new opportunities, while allowing current and new investors, co-investors, and members of SRS Acquiom’s management team to continue their active involvement as shareholders alongside Lovell Minnick and Carlyle AlpInvest.
