Ropes & Gray represented Pfizer Ventures in its investment in Vibrant Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation intelligent therapeutics. The $61 million financing round includes new investors Pfizer Ventures and Apricot Capital with participation from Bayland Capital, HSG, Northern Light Venture Capital and First Principle Venture Limited, and brings Vibrant’s total capital raised to $100 million.
Pfizer Ventures invests in areas of current or future strategic interest to Pfizer with the goal of remaining at the forefront of life science advances.
The team was led by emerging companies & venture capital partner Brad Flint and associates Alyce Chen and Joe Muller.
