Ropes & Gray advised the Special Committee of the European Wax Center Board of Directors in a definitive agreement in which European Wax Center, Inc. is to be taken private by General Atlantic, a leading global investor, in an all-cash transaction with an implied equity value of approximately $330 million. The deal was announced in an Feb. 10 press release.
