Ropes & Gray represented Gauge Capital in its strategic growth investment and recapitalization of Affordable American Insurance (“AAI”), a tech-enabled Property & Casualty insurance agency network. The transaction was announced in a Feb. 9 press release.
The investment will support AAI’s continued growth by expanding its team and resources, accelerating organic expansion within its agency network, and enabling AAI to pursue strategic acquisitions to further scale its national platform.
