Ropes & Gray represented Bob's Discount Furniture, Inc. in its initial public offering of 19,450,000 shares of its common stock at $17 per share. The company has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BOBS.” The transaction priced on Feb. 4.
Bob’s Discount Furniture is a high-growth, national omnichannel retailer of value home furnishings with more than 200 showrooms across the United States.
The team was led by capital markets partners Craig Marcus and Rachel Phillips and included executive compensation & employee benefits partner Renata Ferrari and tax partner Elaine Murphy.
