Ropes & Gray represented Bob's Discount Furniture, Inc. in its initial public offering of 19,450,000 shares of its common stock at $17 per share. The company has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BOBS.” The transaction priced on Feb. 4.
Bob’s Discount Furniture is a high-growth, national omnichannel retailer of value home furnishings with more than 200 showrooms across the United States.
The team was led by capital markets partner Craig Marcus and included executive compensation & employee benefits partner Renata Ferrari and tax partner Elaine Murphy.
