Ropes & Gray has advised Sanofi in connection with its participation as a strategic investor in the €60 million financing for Sensorion (listed on Euronext Growth).
Sensorion is a pioneering clinical-stage biotech company specializing in the development of novel therapies to restore, treat, and prevent hearing loss disorders. The financing was completed through a private placement of 214,285,714 new ordinary shares.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by partner Fabrice Cohen, with support from counsel Clément Delaruelle and associate Elsa Lalanne.
