Ropes & Gray represented Spyre Therapeutics in a $463.5 million public offering of 7,475,000 shares of its common stock at a price per share of $62. The offering priced on April 14 and closed on April 16.
Spyre is a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing best-in-class antibody engineering, dose optimization, and rational therapeutic combinations for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease and other immune-mediated diseases.
The deal team was led by capital markets partner Tom Danielski and associate Emily Weiss-Cook and included life sciences regulatory & compliance partner Josh Oyster.
