Ropes & Gray represented HarbourVest Partners as lead investor in a single-asset continuation fund established by L Squared Capital Partners for BTX Precision, a leading high-precision manufacturer of mission-critical components and assemblies. The transaction provides liquidity to existing investors and supports BTX’s continued growth and acquisition strategy. The closing was announced in a press release on April 1.
