Ropes & Gray represented Signant Health, a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, in its acquisition of Ametris, a global digital health solutions provider. The transaction was announced on May 14.

Signant Health is an evidence generation company focused on leveraging software, deep therapeutic and scientific knowledge, and operational expertise to consistently capture, aggregate, and reveal quality evidence for clinical studies across traditional, virtual, and hybrid trial models. For more than 25 years, over 600 sponsors and CROs — including all Top 20 pharmaceutical companies — have used Signant's solutions for eCOA, EDC, eConsent, RTSM, supply chain management, and data quality analytics.
