Ropes & Gray represented Carlyle AlpInvest in the successful closing of Littlejohn & Co.’s continuation vehicle. The transaction was announced on May 27.
The continuation vehicle was anchored by the Valcourt Group, a leading provider of building envelope maintenance and restoration services for mid- and high-rise properties. The transaction, which was led by Carlyle AlpInvest, provides liquidity to existing investors while enabling Littlejohn to continue supporting Valcourt’s next phase of growth.
Carlyle AlpInvest is a leading global private equity investor with $107 billion of assets under management and more than 710 investors as of March 31, 2026.
