The firm advised on the following offerings:
- Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp.'s $750 million offering of 6.150% notes due 2031.
- Blackstone Private Credit Fund's $850 million offering of 5.950% notes due 2031.
- Apollo Debt Solutions BDC’s $300 million offering of 6.550% notes due 2032.
- Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc.’s $300 million offering of 5.650% notes due 2031.
- HPS Corporate Lending Fund’s $600 million offering of 6.300% notes due 2031.
- Blackstone Secured Lending Fund’s $650 million offering of 5.900% notes due 2031.
- Trinity Capital, Inc.’s $300 million offering of 7.000% notes due 2031.
- MSD Investment Corp.’s $300 million offering of 6.375% notes due 2029.
Since Jan. 1, 2024, Ropes & Gray has advised on 76 BDC bond offerings worth nearly $35 billion.
