The article examines AI board tools from companies, rising director adoption of generative AI, and the governance risks that come with it. Amanda pointed to the sheer volume of information directors are expected to absorb, noting that AI can help manage that burden if used thoughtfully: "Using AI as a tool to help you with all of this? It's crazy not to. But with eyes open."
