Ropes & Gray represented Cabot Corporation a public offering of $350 million of 4.950% senior unsecured notes due 2029. The offering priced on Aug. 12 and closed on Aug. 21.
Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) is a global specialty chemicals and performance materials company headquartered in Boston. The company is a leading provider of carbon black, specialty carbons, engineered elastomer composites, inkjet colorants, masterbatches and conductive compounds, fumed silica and aerogel.
