Ropes & Gray advised Johnson & Johnson in an agreement to acquire Firefly Bio and its novel degrader-antibody conjugate (DAC) platform targeted toward KRAS-driven solid tumors for $1 billion in cash to expand its oncology pipeline. The transaction was announced on June 8 and completed on July 29.
