Ropes & Gray represented McNally Capital in its majority investment in TENICA Global Solutions, a leading provider of integrated engineering, mission operations, cybersecurity, and digital modernization solutions supporting critical space, intelligence, and defense missions. The investment was announced on Aug. 3. Financial terms were not disclosed.
McNally Capital is a Chicago-based private equity firm that seeks thesis-driven majority investments in founder-, family-, and management-led businesses. The firm focuses on lower middle-market companies in aerospace and defense, national security, and industrial technology and services.
The team was led by private equity partners Janet Coscino and Tim Castelli and included tax partner Aaron Harsh, private equity partner Greg Bauer, IP transactions partner Emily Karlberg, and employment, executive compensation & benefits partners Richard Kidd and Jennifer Cormier.
