Activ Médical Disposable (AMD), a manufacturer of absorbent hygiene products, operates production facilities in France and Spain and employs nearly 300 experienced professionals serving customers in more than ten countries.
The acquisition would enable Attindas to broaden its range of solutions and strengthen its position in Europe, including by establishing a strategic presence in France, Europe's third-largest market. It would also allow the company to expand its manufacturing footprint, bringing it closer to its customers.
Completion of the acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including customary regulatory approvals.
