Ropes & Gray Advised Audax Private Equity in Sale of Rensa Filtration to AEA Investors and BCI

Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity in its sale of Rensa Filtration, a manufacturer of consumable air filtration solutions, to AEA Investors' Middle Market Private Equity team and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation. The transaction closed on Oct. 8.
