At a ceremony held at New York’s Essex House on Sept. 18, Ropes & Gray was honored with two LMG Life Sciences Awards for 2019.
Life sciences regulatory & compliance partner and practice chair Greg Levine (Washington, D.C.) was selected as “Regulatory Attorney of the Year: FDA Medical Device” and strategic transactions partner Megan Baca (Silicon Valley) was recognized as “U.S. Rising Star – Financial & Corporate.”
Last year, Ropes & Gray was honored with multiple LMG Life Sciences Awards, including “Licensing & Collaboration Firm of the Year,” strategic transactions associate Hannah Freeman (Boston) was selected as “2018 Financial & Corporate Rising Star” and the “Finance & Transactional Impact Deal of the Year” was awarded for the Vertex Pharmaceuticals and CRISPR Therapeutics strategic research collaboration valued at $2.1 billion.
Now in its seventh year, the LMG Life Sciences Awards honor top-ranking firms and individuals for outstanding life sciences legal work in practice areas including regulatory, intellectual property, financial and corporate, and litigation and enforcement.
