The Recorder recognized Megan’s extensive technology-related work in advising on high-stakes collaboration and licensing agreements for the world’s leading technology companies, including TPG Capital acquisition of AT&T’s satellite TV unit DirecTV and cybersecurity giant McAfee in its $14 billion take-private sale, and a wide array of innovative transactions in digital health involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, wearables, big data, and health apps.
