Ropes & Gray Attorneys Selected for 2024 LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs

Ropes & Gray is proud to announce that asset management counsel Zahra Fatima has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2024. In addition, litigation & enforcement associates Cambrey Dent and Nathalia Sosa have been named LCLD Pathfinders.

LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners at the nation’s leading law firms who have pledged themselves to advancing equity and diversity in the legal profession.

The Fellows program is an intensive year-long professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, the program connects attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance.

The Pathfinder program is a seven-month professional program designed to train early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession along with experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching.

Ropes & Gray’s membership in LCLD reflects the firm’s longstanding commitment to the professional development and advancement of diverse talent.

Zahra is a private funds lawyer who guides sponsors in formation, fundraising, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as internal firm economic and governance arrangements. Zahra also represents institutional investors in connection with their private fund investments.

Cambrey represents clients in civil litigation, including complex commercial disputes, government investigations, and federal securities litigation. Cambrey also served as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Government Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

Nathalia’s practice focuses on government enforcement, white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and anti-corruption matters. As a native Spanish speaker, Nathalia assists multinational companies in developing and enhancing their corporate compliance programs, including for operations in Spanish-speaking jurisdictions.
