Yale Law Women+, a nonpartisan organization that promotes women’s and gender minorities’ advancement in the legal profession, honored Ropes & Gray with its top award for “compensation,” and also recognized the firm in the “diversity” category in its annual Top Firms report. The compensation award honors firms that compensate their attorneys fairly, including on the basis of their non-billable contributions. The diversity category honors firms for “achievement in hiring and retaining diverse talent.”
