Business restructuring partner Natasha Hwangpo has been named a 2025 “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts. She is among 12 attorneys under the age of 40 recognized for their exceptional work advising clients on corporate restructurings and bankruptcies.
Natasha was recognized for her work spearheading some of the most high-profile and intricate restructurings of 2024, securing billions in capital and achieving successful turnarounds for her clients. Over the past year, Natasha advised Hearthside Foods on its $3 billion restructuring, Cutera, Inc. in prepackaged chapter 11 cases filed in early 2025, and Bain Capital Credit in connection with its interest in the Inspire Entertainment Resort.
