Ropes & Gray’s Anthony Mongone Named Law360 Rising Star in Real Estate

Law360 named real estate partner Anthony Mongone a “Rising Star” in the Real Estate category, recognizing attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments distinguish them among their peers.

Law360 highlighted Anthony’s representation of Blackstone in its acquisition of a 20% interest in Signature Bank’s $16.8 billion mortgage loan portfolio following the bank’s failure, the largest deal of his career. The publication also noted his work advising Bain Capital Credit on a $1 billion joint venture with Smith Hill Capital to acquire hotel properties and on ground-up development and financing deals across asset classes.
