- “Innovation in New Legal Products” for developing a new real estate asset management solution that uses a human/AI process to efficiently extract data points from joint venture agreements in a consistent format, significantly reducing time and cost while maintaining accuracy.
- “Innovation in People Strategy” for the firm’s Thrive program. The Thrive program was designed to address the unique challenges new associates face through a science-backed curriculum that equips associates with tools and techniques from positive psychology, tailored to the unique demands of law firm life, helping them to maximize performance and thrive as lawyers.
- “Innovative Lawyers in Dealmaking” for the firm’s work advising Nippon Steel Corporation on its definitive agreement to acquire U.S. Steel for a total enterprise value of $14.9 billion.
