Helm examines the effects of globalization and patent jurisprudence on U.S. drug development

As American drug companies adjust to an increasingly competitive global marketplace, Katherine A. Helm, a technical advisor to the Fish & Neave IP Group of Ropes & Gray, argues that U.S. patent jurisprudence should embrace – rather than fight – the phenomenon of globalization.
