Two recent developments have brought so-called "big boy letters," widely used agreements between investors and sellers in certain institutional markets, under increasing scrutiny. In the June 2007 edition of Insights, three attorneys in Ropes & Gray's Litigation Department – partner Randall W. Bodner and associate Peter L.
