The August 2008 edition of Insights features an article by Randy Bodner and Peter Welsh, a partner and associate, respectively, in the securities litigation group of Ropes & Gray. In the article, "Director and Officer Liability: Delaware Reinforces the Limits on Indemnification Claims," the authors examine two recent decisions in which the Delaware Chancery Court "challenged settled expectations around advancement and indemnification rights in the private equity deal context."
