Ropes & Gray antitrust counsel Deidre Johnson and associate Simone Waterbury wrote “HSR Rule Changes: A Look Back (and Ahead)” for the May issue of the Competition Policy International Antitrust Chronicle. The article analyzes the impact that the August 2011 overhaul of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act premerger rules has had on filers.
