On August 7, Inside Counsel published an article entitled “Unknowing company executives held responsible for FDCA violations” by health care partner Michael Lampert and health care counsel Alison Fethke. The article reviews provisions within corporate integrity agreements from the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (OIG) that hold executives responsible for companywide compliance.
