Health care partner John Chesley co-authored an article titled, “A Primer on Premium Assistance Programs Used to Privatize Medicaid Expansion,” in the September 23 issue of Bloomberg BNA’s Health Care Policy Report. The authors discuss states’ proposals to purchase private coverage for the Medicaid expansion population as well as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ recent ACA draft regulations on this subject.
