Live from the SEC - A Review of Recent Developments in International Securities Regulation and Enforcement

The program, to be broadcast live from the SEC headquarters in Washington, D.C., will feature updates on SEC policy relevant to practitioners around the world. Subjects to be covered will include recent initiatives and timely topics such as deregistration, the idea of substituted compliance among international securities regimes, IFRS proposals, the status of recent rulemaking and enforcements actions under Section 404, the impact of Securities Act Reform, regulation of hedge funds and other relevant matters.
