Webinar:"Employee Benefit Plan Reboot: What You Need to Be Doing Post-Windsor"

Practices: Labor & Employment

In June, the Supreme Court ruled Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) unconstitutional. Join us as our panel of attorneys discusses guidance issued by the IRS and DOL relating to the decision in U.S. v. Windsor and explains how employers can develop a checklist to help them work through the implications for their employees and employee benefit plans.
